What is the Solution To Forced Arbitration?

The "solution" to arbitration is Court Litigation to deal with any dispute.  Arbitration is a parasite ruling class method of resolving disputes outside of court system.  Bad idea.

We, the people, must never forget the vital FACT that: United States Constitution is the absolute supreme law of the land.  FACT: United States Constitution supersedes all states and federal laws.  Thereby all conflicting laws are null and void.

United States Constitution - Seventh Amendment:

"In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."

The United States trucking industry is a vital component of U.S. economy, responsible for moving a significant portion of the nation's freight.  Trucking is a large industry with a substantial economic impact, employing millions and generating trillions in revenue, while the truck drivers are treated as slaves, paid very poorly, and with no healthcare, causing driver shortages and rising costs.  Regulatory changes are desperately needed to protect truck drivers.
